Summer is in full swing and the girls and I have been busy, busy, busy! It feels as though not a day has gone by that we haven’t had something to do. Whether at the beach or poolside, we have tried to soak up all that summertime has to offer.
Most recently we had a summertime “daycation” in Downtown LA’s Grand Park. Thanks to the all the lovely ladies at L.A MAMACITAS, we were able to hang out, sip juice, and enjoy the sun all in celebration of Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation in theaters Friday, July 13th! We even had the chance to check out Grand Park’s splash pad! Which, of course, the girls absolutely loved.
GRAND PARK DTLA
If you’re ever in downtown I highly recommend walking through Grand Park. With City Hall as it’s backdrop and tons of events always taking place (don’t forget the splash pad!), it is the perfect summertime hangout.
Located between the Music Center and City Hall, Grand Park was designed as an eco-friendly space for “everyone.” With multi-use lawns, eateries, and various outdoor programs, Grand Park is an oasis in the midst of an urban jungle. Whether you just want to take a leisurely stroll, watch the kids splash around in front of a historic fountain, or catch a concert, Grand Park was created for everyone in LA to enjoy.
